My name is Carla Yancey. I had the good fortune to grow up on a 2 acre ranchette in the suburbs of Klamath Falls. That was the foundation for my appreciation of both rural and urban ways of life.
Having had an interest in real estate for many years, the combination of life experience, time and opportunity has led me to my new career at Fisher Nicholson Realty, LLC.
The last 27 years have been busy, raising my now grown kids and working in agriculture for my family owned businesses. Prior to that I worked at the Klamath County Assessor’s office then for 6 years in the title department at what is now, Amerititle. That knowledge will be mutually beneficial going forward in helping you with your real estate transactions.
Over the years, I’ve had rentals, a vacant lot and residential homes in addition to the small farm my hubby and I currently own.
I’m active in the community as well as a member various organizations including Oregon Farm Bureau, Crater Lake Flyers chapter of the 99’s, and currently volunteer with Henley FFA and Basin Youth For Christ.
Spending time with my family is a priority. I also enjoy playing tennis and pickle ball, Bible studies, camping, flying, traveling and a variety of outside activities.
I will be committed to ensuring all aspects of your future real estate needs are not only met, but will also work hard to exceed your expectations.
