Earl Liebich is a broker specializing in the Running Y and Ridgewater communities. Earl joined the organization in 2016 after relocating from Morgan Hill, California, where he and his wife lived for 30 years. Since 2002 Earl has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a salesperson working in Santa Clara, Monterey and San Benito counties where his business was based heavily on relocation and affinity program referrals, as well as referrals from friends and family. His efforts earned him International Sterling Society recognition for nine of the fifteen years, including 2015, he practiced real estate in California. As an active member of the community in California he was involved for many years with the Gilroy Garlic Festival, Poppy Jasper Film Festival, Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce, Gilroy Tennis Club, Morgan Hill Tennis Club and Morgan Hill Community Foundation. He served as an officer and/or board member for most of these organizations. Earl is a tennis player, playing at Harbor Isles several times a week. Earl and his wife are active supporters of the Ross Ragland Theater, Oregon Tech athletics and the Oregon Tech Foundation. He and his wife proudly host one of the Oregon Tech women’s basketball players. His wife is active in the Running Y water aerobics program and is a member/instructor of the Tappin’ Troupers in Klamath Falls. She also coordinates the Running Y resident’s monthly Wine Social and Easy Dining programs. The two of them enjoy the outdoors – gardening, walking their golden retriever, and playing with their Bichon/LowChen mix rescue dog.
