  • Mazama Trail – Spence Mountain, Klamath Falls, OR 97601
    One of the great things about the trails near Klamath Falls homes for sale is that there are runs for every experience level, from beginner to expert. The Mazama Trail is classified as an easy trail and is one of the most popular trails on Spence Mountain. The trail runs for just over 5 miles, with some slight uphill climbs as you progress. It also connects with the more challenging Lower Hooligan Trail, which you'll learn about later in our list.

Runs here range from beginner to advanced, and with 555 acres of skiable terrain and an average annual snowfall of 430 inches, there are options here for everybody. Willamette Pass Resort is known for having one of the steepest runs in the world; the RTS run is 52 degrees at its steepest point.
